Mildred Portillo is one of the $1000 recipients of the Gayle Clarke Scholarship, in collaboration with the Montrose County Democratic Party. Mildred will attend CSU Pueblo in the fall, majoring in Criminology.
Carter Hughes is the other $1000 recipient of the Gayle Clarke Scholarship, in collaboration with the Montrose County Democratic Party. Carter will attend UC Denver in the fall, majoring in Film and Television.

The recipient of one $1,000 scholarship is Mildred Portillo, who is planning to attend CSU Pueblo in the fall, majoring in Criminology.
