Pro-Trump Riot in Washington DC Rioters clash with police trying to enter Capitol building through the front doors. Riot

Make no mistake. The Capitol Insurrection and attempted coup on January 6, 2021, was not a moment of “legitimate political discourse,” as the RNC recently stated. It was a full-on assault on our democracy.

We’re excited for Democrats to come together across the county for an essential morning of community-building.

We need your voice and your vote at the Montrose County Democratic Party Caucus on Saturday, March 5, 2022. We are determined to do everything to preserve our democracy and voting rights, but we can’t do it without you.

The Republicans have shown us that they will do anything to keep Democrats from voting — regardless of whether or not it’s legal or moral. Don’t let them think that you don’t care about your country.

In response to the results of our recent survey, this year’s Caucus will be held remotely on Zoom so you can participate from the safety and comfort of your home.

Want to be a part of the political process? Commit to Caucus! Meet your local Democratic neighbors and candidates. Help shape the future of your neighborhood, community, and our beloved state of Colorado.
