The Montrose County Democratic Party is conducting a food and cash donation drive from February 7 through March 8, 2024. 100% of the proceeds will be given to Kids Aid Montrose*. Your donations will help them in their vital work in ensuring that Montrose County public school children have food for the weekends. These specific items are requested for the most benefit and ease of preparation:
- Ready to eat tuna/ham/chicken salad with crackers and spoon
- Easy mac-n-cheese single-serving size or boxes
- Soups, individual cups or cans, or Ramen noodles
- Cans of tuna or chicken
- Fruit cups or applesauce
- Single-serving spaghetti, SpaghettiOs, ravioli, or chili
- Granola bars or cereal bars
Donations are gratefully accepted Wednesday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM at the Montrose County Democratic Headquarters, 1500 East Main in Montrose. The headquarters is located next to Buckaroos Pizza. Checks made out to Kids Aid Montrose may be mailed to:
